Prishtina Bus Network Planning
Sub-contractor to Arup on a EBRD funded project to restructure the Prishtina Bus Network and the implementation study. The assignment included an initial assessment and followed with designing a new bus network that integrated demand analysis, public participation, and gender-sensitive considerations into policy reforms. Key outcomes included reforms in bus routes, operator tendering, and contract monitoring, alongside fleet renewal, infrastructure upgrades, and the introduction of an integrated ticketing and tariff system.
Clean Bus / SUMP Platform
Tregerma is engaged as a lead for the design, build and operationalization of a regional (Western Balkan) digital platform that enables the deployment of zero‑emission bus fleets and systematic implementation of Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMP) across the Western Balkans. The platform delivers a harmonized, interoperable data ecosystem for monitoring fleet decarbonization, alternative‑fuel infrastructure, and policy progress, aligned with the Clean Bus Platform Declaration and EU frameworks.
Climate Resilience in Urban Mobility
Tregerma and EU Bridge (AL) co-implemented climate risk assessment and developed adaptation strategies for urban mobility systems in Tirana, Shkodra and Prishtina.
A coordinated multi-sectoral approach was advanced through close stakeholder collaboration to promote sustainable mobility solutions. Some of measures proposed were such as shaded walkways, flood-resilient bus stops, improved cycling networks.

Tregerma is a growing company that has come together in over a year, with its focus on planning, mobility and energy advisory in Prishtina and widder region, whereas our staff have worked for and advised local and central level government, as well as other non-governmental institutions, with a mixed experience ranging from 3 to over 15 years. This balance of experiences, jointly and individually, and courtesy to tailoring approach for each project, gives us the edge, and motivation to build upon our joint vision provided above.
