Tregerma is proud to partner as a subcontractor to Arup Group on a comprehensive 30-month Bus Network Restructuring and Implementation Study for the city of Prishtina. This project encompasses a full redesign of the bus network, including traffic integration, contracting, and Public Service Contract (PSC) monitoring. Key project components include:  

• Urban Transport Network Assessment: In-depth evaluation of the existing transport network.

• New Bus Network Development: Designing a new, efficient bus network based on demand assessment.

• Route Tendering and Contract Monitoring: Providing expert advice and guidance for route tendering and oversight.

• Fleet Renewal and Infrastructure Upgrades: Proposing enhancements for the bus fleet, infrastructure, facilities, as well as a modernized ticketing system with an integrated tariff policy.
